Lost Card? No Problem!
As long as you register your full name, address, phone number and email on your card we will issue you a new card and transfer the balance from your lost card.

I've passed Washouse a million times not knowing that I would one day need their services. My husband said it was around during his SMU years in the 70s. My washer is out of service, and I was so pleased to be able to use Washouse. My clothes and linen were clean, folded perfectly and went right into the linen closet and dresser drawers. As a customer for about six months, I have always had a great experience. After yesterday, I thought, I NEED to pay it forward. It was just before closing, I walk in and my laundry has been pulled and on the counter. The team is always so nice and the work is exceptional.
